Sinful Reserve Balsamic Vinegar is made from selected strawberries and Lambrusco grapes. High percentage grape must (cooked and concentrated) and aged wine vinegar undergo a slow and long maturation in oak barrels. The final product has a rich and complex flavor and is perfect for elevating the flavor of your dishes.
Uses: Drizzle on grilled or roasted fruits, veggies and meats, strong cheeses, strawberries or peaches. Marinade for meats and veggies. Add to dipping sauces or dressings.
Acidity level: 4%
Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, cooked grape must, wine vinegar.
