In effort to minimize any potential damages we created top of the line packaging to assist in preventing damages to the finished product.  If you receive a damaged shipment, we will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible, with your help.  Please follow the policy outlined below.

Policy for Damaged Shipment

  • Notify us immediately of damages through the contact us page on our website.
  • Take a picture of the damaged shipment.
  • Please include your phone number and we will set up a phone call to talk through the process. 
  • Please do not return the shipment until you speak with us and we agree on the best course of action together. We are committed to resolving this quickly with you.
