Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for shopping at Sinful Food! We take pride in offering great customer service and experiences. If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we have prepared the following policy for all returns.  

Policy for Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received the package.  
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the package must be unopened and in the condition that you received it.  We will not accept returns or give refunds on opened consumable products.
  • Provide proof of purchase or the date you purchased the product with your shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund the original shipping costs to the customer will be deducted.  
  • Once shipment is received, we will review and process a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, upon inspection approval.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect on your balance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
